These are the paintings of Michel Tolmer, which have been adorning the walls of Bistrot Paul Bert for ages. They illustrate the back of this very first mini collection of merchandise from the Parisian institution. The artist and painter, a friend of Bertrand Auboyneau, has maintained a close relationship with the founder who has been at the helm of this establishment in the 11th arrondissement since 1997. These artworks are now represented on beautiful, limited edition clothing, produced by GiftShop.

Discover
The Bistrot Paul Bert boasts one of the most charming dining rooms and patrons in town, appearing to first-time visitors like the Paris bistro of their dreams. Their menu is torn straight out of the classic bistro playbook, with options like steak frites, andouillette, soufflé and tarte Tatin.
